1970 Bally Trail Drive pinball machine Building Location: Herm_E2 Game Type = EM
The 1970 Bally Trail Drive was a fairly low production
game for Bally at this time, with only 1305 units made.
What is unique about this game is the "shoot the cat"
the areas on the playfield. This activates a really
cool backglass animation where a cowboy rises up and
shoots to a wildcat which spins. This is very much like
the backglass animation seen on Gottlieb's Buckaroo.
It's very cute and unique, making Bally Trail Drive
a pretty cool single player Bally EM pinball.
This is the actual game at the VFW Pinball Museum.
